To book a trip:
50% deposit is due upon booking of trip.
Balance is due upon arrival in the form of cash or cashiers check. You may arrange to pay the balance by credit card prior to delivery with our office.
For Shipment:
- A current coggins (with in 6 months) and current health certificate (with in 29 days of shipment) are required to be delivered with the horse. Driver must have original paper work.
- Please fill out our Horse Information sheet and fax to our office at 877-455-9329 when booking your trip. (Avalible by call our office after your dates have been selected.)
- Please be sure our truck has adequate room to get in and out of both the pick up and delivery location
- If horse is being shipped in a state that requires a brand inspection please make sure it is current and given to the driver along with current Health Cert and Coggins
- We highly recommend properly fitting shipping boots be applied by a professional. If they do start to slip or become loose they will be removed and not put back on.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to date of shipment will recieve a full refund of the deposit.
- Less than 72 hours notice will result in a $50.00 processing fee. Any cancellations 24 hours or later will result in deposit being forfeited.
We understand that things do arise and appreciate your letting us know as soon as possible if your horse will not be joining us so we may be able to help other horse owners & trainers
